1. Inquiry and order: You tell us what you need before we start our research
We will talk to you in detail about your planned event. In doing so, you tell us all the important key data, according to which we should make a pre-selection from the numerous possible hotels for your business trip. Would you like to book a supporting program for your seminar or incentive? We are happy to help.
2. Comprehensive research: We find suitable seminar hotels or trade fair hotels
When we have discussed your needs and wishes, you can relax and turn to other things. Because now we take over: We look for hotels in your desired region that meet your criteria. Of course, we will also check the availability of the hotels for your event and negotiate the rates for you.
3. Your selection: We will send you a list of suggestions
Now the choice is yours. We propose different locations that suit your company and your event. We have already reserved conference and hotel rooms for you there. If the hotels do not meet your expectations, we will of course keep looking until we have found the perfect hotel for your trade fair, conference or business trip.
